Shipping & Returns

Arway Uniforms provides only mill fresh highest quality merchandise.  As we cannot possibly stock every item in every color and pattern, we sometimes need to order from the manufacturer as needed.  While we process your order within 24 hours, shipping may take up to ten  business days, depending on where in the country you are located. You will be notified of any backorder situation. You may then decide to cancel that part of your order, or let the backorder stand. All backorders are shipped at NO additional shipping fee. 

Also, we NEVER charge a handling fee…ever!

Arway Uniforms ships via UPS at OUR COST!  The only additional cost is $2.50 per order if shipped to a residential address.

HINT: when possible, have your merchandise shipped to any business address and save even  more!

Orders $200 and over SHIP FOR FREE!
($2.50 will be added to above rates for shipping to residential address)

 

RETURN POLICY:

 

Your satisfaction is our prime concern!  You may return any item (except footwear and embroidered items) within 15 days of receipt, for exchange, credit or refund.  All merchandise must be in original packing. Damaged goods cannot be accepted. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Exchanges will ship at no additional shipping charge. Original shipping is non-refundable.  Please allow 10-15 days to process your exchange, credit or refund.

We inspect all merchandise prior to shipping. In the unlikely event you receive a defective item, please call us at 1-800-296-1313 within 48 hours of receipt.

Footwear: As we deeply discount all of our footwear, we ask that you know your size ahead of time. Unless the footwear is defective, we cannot accept returns. Please call us at 1-800-296-1313 should you have any questions.
